The Army Painter Unplugs at PAX Unplugged

The Army Painter Unplugs at PAX Unplugged

While the year may almost be over, our events team isn’t done quite yet! With an astounding number of events under our belts already, we knew we had to cap off 2024 with at least one more, this time with PAX Unplugged in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on December 6th – 8th.

Growing from its humble beginnings as a video game-focused convention from the minds behind Penny Arcade back in 2004, PAX has since spawned four different events each year, spread across the globe, and also a dedicated event just for tabletop and board games with PAX Unplugged.

Our intrepid and talented events team will be raising The Army Painter flag high at this year’s event, with a booth in the vendor hall full of everything you have come to expect from us. Stop by and try out the new Warpaints Fanatic paints for yourself with our paint and take. You can also pick the brain of events team member, and painting legend, Caleb Wissenback, who will be on hand all weekend to answer your questions and offer painting advice.

That is, except for when he will be running special painting demonstrations, with an intro to Speedpaint 2.0 on Friday and Sunday, and everything you’ll want to know on working with Warpaints Fanatic on Saturday. You can sign up online for each of these courses starting at 8 am the day of through the PAX Nav App. Space will be limited, so be sure to secure your participant spot as soon as possible! Audience seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with a queue forming prior to event start time. Audience members will also fill any open participant seats at the event start time.

We can’t wait to see everyone there and finish off the event year in a big way, before starting all over again next year with all of your favourite events you’d expect us at, and even more added along the way! To be the first to find out what event we’ll be heading to, be sure to keep an eye on the Events tab of The Army Painter blog, follow us on your favourite social media channel – Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, Threads, and BlueSky – and of course, sign up for our Newsletter.
