Hello! People call me Sam Lenz. Being from America, where artists are punished for their dreams, working with The Army Painter has breathed life into my work. They've supplied me with a host of paints and supplies, given me more access to travel, and provided support for my classes. When I visited the Headquarters in Denmark, it was a warm welcome replete with local recipies. I wanted to stay at the studio and keep working with everyone because it was genuinely fun, but maybe it was the smordbrod - no, it was fun! There is a big heart in everything The Army Painter does and that's where I paint from. I feel they have given me a sword of sorts - a painting weapon.
Seeing what others can do with these paints brings me joy. As I make my way through the vast amounts of colors and tools available, there are some favorites I'd like to share.
